Nearly 1,000 condo units, apartments, and houses are available for rent in Greater Downtown Miami with a median asking price of $1.61 per square foot per month, according to a report from CondoVultures.com.

The current available rental inventory represents about three months of supply as an average of 332 apartments have been leased in Greater Downtown Miami in the last six months dating back to August 2009, according to the report based on Florida Association of Realtors data.

The number of available rentals does not reflect any residences that are available for lease but not on the Multiple Listing Service.
